Bad Credit Credit Cards
Here are some of the best deals for credit cards if you have bad credit.
Bad credit credit cards is a term that is usually used to describe credit cards that are suitable for people who have had credit problems in the past. This may be that they have defaulted on some load repayments or that they may have had County Court Judgments (CCJs).
There are credit card companies that specialise in offering bad credit credit cards, with the Vanquis Visa Credit Card being one such card. You should be aware that these cards to tend to have a higher APR than other credit cards. This is due to the higher risk that these cards may carry for the issuer. As we always do, we recommend that you try to pay off the balance, in full, each month.
If you do have a bad credit history, then you should start rebuilding your credit history and you can find further information on this in out article Repair Your Credit History.
Remember that you should always seek professional help if you are having financial difficulties and that credit cards that are designed for people with a poor credit history often carry a significantly higher interest rate. Our Further Advice page contains details of government organisations, charities and other professionals who are there to help you.
